Beulah A. Hamilton

Beulah Ann Hamilton (nee Newman), age 73, of Lorain died peacefully at her home Monday, September 26, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born September 1, 1949 in Grethel, KY, the beloved daughter of the late Oscar and Mary Belle Hall Newman.

Beulah loved to go shopping, to go to the casino, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Beulah is survived by her beloved husband, Gary Hamilton; children, Paul (Jane) Hamilton, Garietta (Stephen) McKinney;  grandchildren, Holly (Christopher) Dougherty, Nicholas (Ashley) Hamilton, Brianna Belle McKinney, Hope Hamilton, Triston Hamilton, Emily McKinney; great grandchildren, Lily Hamilton and Willow Tacket;  brothers, Carmel (Shelby) Newman, and Wendell (Mary Ann) Newman; sisters, Eloise (the late William) Chaffin and Patricia (the late Gary) Hudson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Scott Hamilton;  granddaughter, Anastasia Hamilton; brothers, Buford, Ronald and RH Newman; and  sisters, Barb Wilson and Patsy Frasure.

The family will receive visitors Friday, September 30, 2022 from 4:00 - 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 11:00 am at Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel, 2900 N Ridge Rd, Elyria.  Burial will follow at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, 44805 N Ridge Rd, Amherst.
