Gerald R.  Hasick

Gerald R. Hasick, 66 of Avon, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021. He enjoyed boating, fishing, golfing, snow skiing, playing  board games, and spending time with his family and friends.  He was also good at fixing things – “jerry-rigging” them.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Mary (nee Kis); son, Benjamin; siblings, George Hasick (Linda), Terry Hasick (Karen), Jackie Matiyak (Jerry), and Kathy Aslaksen; along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Catherine Hasick; and brothers, Tommy, Ken, and Dennis Hasick.

A celebration of Jerry’s life will take place on Thursday, August 12 at the Lake House in  Avon Lake, located in Veterans Memorial Park, 32756 Lake Rd, Avon Lake, OH 44012 from 6-9pm to enjoy the sunset that Jerry loved so much.
