Gracelynn Hope Kilani unexpectantly passed away in peace, surrounded by family on January 11, 2022 at UH Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio.

Gracelynn was preceded in death by her great grandpa Henry Ceja, and grandma Samira Baker. She will be missed by all, especially her loving parents, Christian Alexiz Ceja and Youssef Kilani; her grandparents, Faith and Loren Schramm and Mwafak Kilani; her aunts and uncles, Wesley Schramm, Jon(Michelle) Schramm, Mohanad Kilani, Jimmy Kilani, Enass Kilani and Destiny; her loving big brothers, Ezra Kilani, Gabriel Adorna, and many, many cousins, other relatives, family and friends.

A special thanks to Annie and Sheila, and Dr. Winchester. Memorials may be made to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital.
