Johnanna Cruz “Joann” (nee Salisbury) age 66 of Elyria, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 following a lengthy illness. She was born on April 25, 1956 in Pikeville, KY to Walter and Mary Salisbury. She was retired from US Steel. Joann loved spending time with her family and friends. She would enjoy her coffee while watching investigative detective shows on TV. She also liked reading her Bible.

Joann is survived by her sons, Pablo (Jodi) Cruz III and Jeremy Cruz; daughter Amanda Cruz; grandchildren, Elijah, Pablo IV “Jadon”, Gianna, Angelina, Alana, Adrian, and Noah; and sisters, Sheilah, Sharon, and Janet; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Mary Salisbury (nee Roberts); brothers, Tommy, Randy, and Harold; and sisters, Teresa and Jean.

A private family service will be held.
