Precious angel, La’Miere Scott Saunders, made his entrance into this world on May 4, 2023 at 10:28 am. La’Miere was born at Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Due to medical complications and undiagnosed preeclampsia, La’Miere struggled to hold on and eventually passed away in the womb on May 3, 2023. Within the womb is where La’Miere was gently passed into the arms of the Lord. La’Miere was born to parents Isabella (Izzy) McMillan and Fredrick (Scott) Saunders, who were so eagerly waiting for his arrival.
La’Miere was surrounded by his loving family when he arrived. He was welcomed by his parents, his grandparents: Emily Tokarczyk, Mitchell McMillan, Jaime Leiby, and Melissa Saunders, his great-grandparents Bethany Bellush and Cecelia Saunders, as well as aunts Lauryn McMillan and Anna Dore. La’Miere brought such light at his arrival and the love he allowed everyone to feel was indescribable.
Precious angel, La’Miere, is survived by his parents, Isabella McMillan and Fredrick Saunders of Lorain; maternal grandparents, Mitchell McMillan (Jaime) of Wellington and Emily Tokarczyk of Lorain; paternal grandparents, Fredrick Saunders (Melissa) of Lorain; La’Miere is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and great-grandparents who were completely ecstatic about his arrival.
La’Miere was met at the gates of Heaven by his material great-great grandparents, Kenneth and Shirley Butler; paternal great-great grandparents, James and Betty Hill; maternal great-grandfather, Ted Tokarczyk; and paternal great-aunt, Tamyka Saunders.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with a memorial service beginning at 1:00 pm, at Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel, 2900 N. Ridge Road, Elyria.
There will be a reception following the burial at the cemetery.
This little boy brought so much joy to the hearts of his loved ones, and that is why God decided to call him home; La’Miere was simply TOO PERFECT for this world.
