T. Lillian Kemp passed away Tuesday, August 1st, peacefully, after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kemp, of 38 years.
Lillian is survived by her twin daughters, Joan (Friedhelm) Binder and Joyce (Bryan) Harrison; grandchildren; Adam and Matthew Binder, Jennifer (Frank) Pakish, and Chad (Kelly) Huhra; great grandchildren, Gage Binder, Rebecca (Brennan) Hale, Jeff (Sarah) Huhra, Logan Burk, and Justin (Michaela) Eaton; and great-great grandchildren, Zayne, Railynn, Harleen, Dominic, Diesel, and Marley.
Lillian was born in Garrett County, Maryland. She graduated high school and then met the love of her life, “Rabbit” as he was known. Married in 1948, they had a set of twin girls in 1949. In 1950, they moved to Lorain, Ohio and built their dream home in Sheffield Lake, where Lillian remained for 65 years.
Lillian had many hobbies over the years. She loved traveling, church, and Bible studies. One of her greatest joys in life was helping her grandchildren secure their futures and spending time with them at family gatherings.
Lillian enjoyed life and everyone who crossed her path, using her great sense of humor, wit, and kindness. She will be missed.
Funeral Services are being handled by Wyer-Bollinger Funeral Chapel.
